Free FX Hourly Charts

I'm looking for some free hourly charts that go back a couple of months and cover some of the major pairs (GPB/USD, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, AUD/USD etc.)

If anyone knows of any resources I would be grateful.

I've always wondered, does the metatrader renewable data come with live data or delayed? If it's delayed, what's the smallest time frame you can work with? Like 15min charts or hourly or daily etc?
