forex Vs Index scalping

Hello Everyone
Great forum I would first like to say, really nice.

Can anyone help me here.
I trade the mini dow - ym.
I scalp and have good results. I know 0% about forex, nill.
I am interested in hearing from anyone who traded index before trading forex. What are your results like and how similar are your methods.
Please suggest the best all in one trading set up. I am refering to broker with live price charts - the best.
Also anything that might help me get started like which pair should I trade, how when where stuff.
