I have just had a very good customer service experience with the Forex Tester team and I decided to post my experience here. The app stopped working on my computer and I had to do a re-install on another drive (the one it was installed on before is corrupted).
Long story short, they guided me through the process and supplied me with a new registration key. This all took just one day!
Unfortunately customer service in general is not what it used to be, I was hugely impressed with the response from the FT team. Whats more, I actually brought the program 2 years ago and do not pay a monthly fee for their data!! Hats off to them!!
If you don't have it and are learning to trade Forex you should get it!

I rate it as the most important tool I had at my disposal when learning to trade. The 3 ducks, trader dante, J16, nobrainertrades, chris lori all helped very much but FT allowed me to test everything to death. To date I have currently over 3000 real time sim trades on it using different systems and methods. I am profitable in the market and have been for some time. FT helped me on my way......
