Does anyone know of a brokerage that allows forex trading inside your IRA?
IB does not.
Thanks

Demons,

This may constitute money-laundering. Via Sinn Fein may be more appropriate.

Grant.

I was researching this issue as well and I believe this can be accomplished via a Self-Directed IRA...

I discovered MB Trading is one broker that allows this. You need to open a Self-Directed IRA with the Entrust group which will act as a custodian of your IRA funds. You then request your custodian to open a Forex trading account on your behalf. That is the extent of my research so far...

Check out the 'IRA' link at Online Stock Trading | MB Trading Direct Access Brokerage Firm

When you open an IRA account for futures or forex you can't do so directly with a broker. You have to go through a trust service who will hold the account.

I'm sure there are a numer of brokers that support this. If I recall correctly I believe FXDD has the IRA option.

Account holding companies. (This is from my file but I put this together a while back for my own purposes of having an IRA for futures). Info may be outdated but its probably current.
