Just wondering if anyone knows any good website that go into some detail on fixed income specifically involving the yield curves (flattening, steepending etc), obviously i have found stuff like investopedia etc but i am looking for a site that goes into a bit more detail, with paticular emphasis on the bund.

No. I think you are misunderstanding the term 'fixed income'. Basically means bond markets.
