fire and forget strategies

i have a day job and want some strategies for fire and forget?a us. military term.i want to put in orders with limits based on ta, support and resistance.the easiest one is to find a stock at support/res level,not sure what exits to use

I have only bought it recently, and will roll-out next week in the New Year.

You have definite entry/exits, which are identified before the working day starts.
Max of 2 trades per week.
results appear good - I have yet to verify.

PS: as balance, there is a Trend-Line-Break system ( also FX, also 2 trades per week ) for free on another site.
