Just a note seeking your advice on how I might transfer €2500 -3000 from a French account in to sterling, paying minimal(=No) fee's or not being fleeced by 'Commission Free' exchange agents.
I had thought about opening an FX account, depositing the funds into this account and trading at the market price at an opportune time, though I'm not sure if this is a more cost effect means. Any guidance on the FX trading platforms used would be appreciated.
