FDAX CET opening times

Simple thread this one...
I've read conflicting opening times, possibly due to differing Summer times in CET and GMT timezones. Can anyone confirm for me whether it is 7:50 am OR 8:50 am CET (or neither!).

I'm specifically talking about the FDAX 12-10 Eurex i'm accessing via ZenFire through NinjaTrader.

Eurex operates in three trading phases: pre-trading, trading and post-trading. The post-trading phase is further split in several periods where different functions are available.
