Exporting to Spreadsheet

I currently use EOD commodity/stock data (charting software Supercharts 4.0), which I export to spreasheet ASCII format.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and not too expensive real-time FOREX intraday data/charts which can be exported to ASCII? Compatability with Supercharts 4.0 as well would be a bonus
