timing used 30 minutes, I am planning to close @ 12pm-1pm Moscow time.

well ...no real preparation and movements seemed to be small

need to make 15 min adjustments....as the market is....

for pips'lovers 11.45am Moscow time is a low and then at 12.15pm again Moscow time is Hi, then run!!!!
