Can anyone explain the difference between iShares ETFs and just ETFs?

Which is better to trade as a CFD?

iShares is just one group that has listed ETFs. There are many such groups. The best to trade as a CFD are the ones that best suit your needs.

iShares is just a brand name (Barclays). All ETFs are managed by someone. In the case of iShares, they are administered by Barclays.

Which one is better? Well that depends what you are looking for. I'd also look at cost structure and perhaps the spread.
