Esig Formula license can't locate

Esig can't find the license for a 3rd party formula, I can find the cfg file in the formula output folder, should there be another? This has happened before and I can't remember how I fixed it.

The software company has gone to bed over here, so no help, I'd like to get this sorted before I hit the sack.
