Glen,
It's hard to tell from your screen shot but if it were me, I would shutdown the Global Server and then using Explorer I would Navigate to the GS folder which is typically in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Omega Research\Server\pds\
Copy that entire pds folder and paste it into the Server folder as a backup.
From the original pds folder (not the backup) pick any one of the IDX files which would be similar to the following:
00000001.idx
and delete it. Then restart the Global Server and this will force all Index files to be re-built. That should at least correct any Index file errors.
Please forgive me if you know all of this allready.
