october euribor traded 99.690 today, so it did...

OIS **** is pricing roughly a third chance of a cut in (although given the trend it'll be even higher tomorrow)

having said that, I PERSONALLY think trichet wouldn't move rates on his last meeting. either that or he moves them a full half point. this is for legacy reasons...
