Downloading weekly bar charts

Is it possibel for someone to download weekly barcharts into an excel spreadsheet (display 4 columns O/H/L/C) for free?

Once I get the data in a spreadsheet I can write my own program to do my own testing then.

Can i get this from yahoo or something?
Is it easy to do?

if so - how far back does the data go?

Not sure how far back it goes. I use it for keeping my portfolio value up to date and it is excellent. Can't tell you more than that but check out the help and online info.
