Had this yesterday.On the log it says:Unable to repair 2acess denied 3 file deleted.
This appears twice.The virus was in a temporary internet file.I ran another scan and I'm 'clear'.
However I clicked on the norton link for Downloader.trojan and it says you should.
1Disable system restore
2 Update virus definitions
3 Restart PC in safe mode or VGA mode
4 Run a full system scan and delete all files detected as Downloader.Trojan
5 Edit the registry and look for references to the trojan
So I'm not clear?
I recently had a virus 'iusenet' or similar and when norton said 'automatically deleted' I assumed that was it.I have the registry locked in spybot S&D and Spywareblaster so I'm ok?
