does our account go to zero -100% at the weekend

Hy just set up account with saxo bank. I put in 10,000 and today at the weekend it says funds in red -100%. Please tell me because this is the weekend. My shares i bought are down minus 4%. I put in a stop loss minus 5%. I should be down a little but not 10,000.
Please help

I think you should contact their support directly. Have you asked them what had happened?
Didn't they told the causes?
Maybe you left some opened transactions and forgot about them?

It you are sure that it wasn't your fault, contact them (better even by phone than by email) and ask for refunding.
