different prices...why?

I am new... and i have a question...so if someone could help me i would much apreciated...

I have opened two brokers...oanda and fxcm...

i have noticed that for euro/usd there are different prices at the same time...

oanda set this pair for 1,35853 and fx 1,35796...

Why is this happen?

Are those both bids, both asks, both mids? Just want to make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Also, what day and time did you take these comparative prices?
