Detrended Price Oscillator

Does anyone know how to create a 'Detrended Price Oscillator' in MetaTrader ?
I read somewhere its supposed to have it or equivalent, but can't see it ..

is this the "DiNapoli Detrend Oscillator"?
I have it on my MT-4, downloaded from somewhere.

EDIT: juts uploaded it as ".txt".
rename it ".mq4".
hope it helps.

EDIT2: whoops. I cant read. probably not what you want. anyway I will leave just in case.
