I think the traders of the world need to lobby for a unified daylight savings date. Northern and Southern hemispheres can switch on the same day, one forward one backwards. At the moment, Asia, Europe, and USA all change independent of the others. It doesn't have to be this way!!

No chance of that ever happening when states within the same country can't even get it together. Look at Australia! Brisbane and Sydney are on the same coast (East) and only about a 40 minute flight apart, yet there is an hour time difference during Sydney DST.
