I use the free education materials at the patternsite as my TA school, and today I've read
a good review on the book: Day Trading the Currency Market of author Kathy Lien by Thomas Bullkowski.
The review is fairly detail, the first part is Inside the Book, Bullkowski praised the quality of the writing and Chapter 2 is the next part and Bullkowski summarized the major money games before recent events such as: The Plaza Accord (1985), and the details of how George Soros "broke the bank of England" (1992) with 10 billions bet on short position against British pound, actually Soros gained only 2 billion after 5 weeks .
Since these are learning materials for me, I can not keep going further in using bullkowski's writing. In my opinion, the book is good for learning purpose, and Bullkowski's review should be used as a study guide. Here is the link:
