Hi all,
I just wanted to ask a few questions about the futures market and the role execution traders play...
What would an execution trader at a bank on a crude oil futures desk do when they receive a customer order? It also confuses me as to how the traders make any money if they purely execute trades.
Secondly, when monitoring p&l as a trading assistant for a bank on crude futures contracts, would that simply be the entry price vs the exit price..
Any help would be really appreciated as I'm very confused about this
Thanks all
