Hi.

I have just heard about CQG. Someone recommended it to me as a trading platform, featuring direct access and smart routing etc...

Has anyone used this trading platform or have anything to say against the software? I would be very grateful to hear your views.

Personally, I have been trying to find a trading flatform to get on with my small trading. I found Interactive Brokers which I thought meets my expectations. However I have not yet deposited any money with them yet. So any views on the trading flatforms will be much appreciated.

i currently have CQG as my charting software and its expensive but very good, not sure about the trading side of it tho.

That is cool. Thank you both for your comments. I will definitely try their charting package.

However, when I tried the trading platform, it does seem different from the others I have used. I like the fact that they show you the open interests (not sure weather those are true or not), however I am not sure about the execution speed on the real platform. Is anyone using the platform? How does it compare to Interactive Brokers?

Check out CQG's new product "QTrader"...$40 p/m....the same Trade Execution as their Integrated Client but at a much cheaper price. I.C is around £300 - £500 p/m.

Ive started using it, it has around 6 Trading Interfaces inc Dom Ladders, Spreadsheet Trading and also Trading from the Chart.
