Please clearify me as I am doing paper trading and shall start live in few weeks
I am usning Strategy Runner Plateform and my Opening balance is $4000
I had an open order yesterday and at the end of the days the PnL = $-150, so my Day closing account was $4000-$150 = $3850 ($4000 was my initial account size),
But today I close the order (the same order which i placed yesterday) at PnL = $180
Now the strategy runner Account Report showing 3850+180 = 4030
But in my undrestanding it should be $4000+$180 = $4180 , as I did not close the position yesterday.
So please let me know what should be my closing balance of today, this case showing that my trading account is settle every day and give me the opening balance from the last day closing balance, regardless of running balance
