Does anyone have any experience with purchasing an Aussie property with these guys? I put down a deposit on an 'off plan' unit in their Argenta development in Perth Central WA in 2004 but heard very little on its progress since then. When I asked about a refund (due to change of circumstances) of deposit recently I was told that I would forfeit it all (10% 17k)...any advice please?
