CIBFX scammed me - warning

Hello friends,

I started working with the CIBFX forex broker some months ago, in principle everything was going very well and I had very good earnings, so I was very happy.

I had a personal advisor who told me what and when to invest, he could also invest or make moves in my account if he wanted to. After a couple of months I decided to withdraw my capital, at least part of my capital, but then my advisor starts to argue with me, and the communication starts to be very bad. When in principle we communicated almost every day, it is now almost impossible to contact CIBFX. This is when I start getting very nervous.

After this, my advisor tries to persuade me to withdraw, but I ignore him, then he makes an investment in silver, without my authorization!! Which leaves my account in red, yes, all my money is gone!!! This is done without my authorization!

I feel totally scammed and I want to avoid you being scammed, since CIBFX is actively working in many different countries, so be careful friends. They also mention being fully regulated and that is a lie.

Any advice on how can I recover my capital? Or that's just impossible by now??

Hello, I have also suffered the same fate, they did almost exactly the same with me, once I requested the withdrawal, my advisor made an operation WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION that left my account at 0 !!! I do not recommend!!!

Hey zeta, we should contact with the other affected people and do something about it... Did you also worked with the Optimizer Capital advisors??? Sure, after that cibfx says they have nothing to do with Optimizer Capital, then why do they send you with their advisors???

Good afternoon, I do not recommend cibfx or the capital optimizer advisors, after they see that they do not want to invest anymore, they no longer answer the phones or answer emails, they do not advise it! It is a full-fledged scam that for my part have stolen a lot of money.

Hey man, I was also scammed by them (and optimizer capital advisors) with the stupid bonuses... They basically won't let me withdraw because of the bonus abusive conditions, while they would always say "YOU CAN WITHDRAW AT ANY TIME", I swear you they said this at least 20 times to me, which is totally untrue...

I will contact you, I feel like suing them would be the right thing to do

I worked with smartcapitaladvisor, CIBFX’s IB. They are not market experts, they are sellers, like the Wolf of Wall Street, the movie. The bosses force them to take as much money as possible from the clients. Be careful.

I'm so sorry to hear this about you. I have seen many cases of brokers who claim to be regulated, and of brokers who are regulated. In all this type of brokers there are many cases online on forums of people who complain about the withdraw. Everything seems to be great until the moment you want your money back. Personally i have tried 2 brokers in my trading history. The first is Fx Pro. I started with 1000$ with them and i lost all my money. Next i wanted to give it another go and started with a different broker 4xPremium. After trading for a year and a half with them i was able to turn my capital of 5K to 50K$. When i asked to withdraw a portion of the money 3 weeks ago i was told i had to wait 14 days for the procedure to be complete. Exactly 14 days later the money i requested to withdraw 30K$ were in my bank account. When i was told i had to wait 14 days to get my money back i was pissed as ****k. I open'd many accounts on different forums only to ask and see if others have the same problem as me. What i would recomand is to give it one more try on trading and this time do your research before investing with a scam. Maybe even try 4xPremium coz their costumer support is very good, and looks like the 14 days waiting period for the withdraw is normal in many brokers.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience with CIBFX. I invested with them and trusted them, and really everything was fine, but due to health problems of a close relative, I needed my money, the money in my account, to cover the expenses of an operation.

They did not let me retire, weeks and weeks spent arguing with my "account advisers". Such was my annoyance that I decided to travel to the "CIBFX offices" in London. Well, I went to London and there was nothing, there are no offices, there is no broker, there is nothing. I share photographs that I took.
