Cheapest to spreadbet the Russell 2000 index

Hi there

Does anyone know who offers the tightest spreads on the Russell 2000 index? The cheapest I have found is Tradefair Spreads so far at 3 points. Their literature is a bit ambiguous because I don't know wherever that is 0.30 (3 x 0.10) or 0.03 (3 x 0.01).
