cheapest online broker

hello people,

Firstly I wish you all an awesome 2005 and good trading.

Secondly I`m looking for the cheapest broker around.

It got to cover all the UK penny stocks + company warrants (not covered warrants)
so firms like IB are out, because they dont cover the small companies like ACV
It doesn`t have to be direct access, because I will put my trades in before the market opens
and a simple trading site is good enough to me

https://www.idealing.com trade for £10 flat (+ stamp duty for uk stocks). I use IB for daytrading but use idealing for my self-select ISA and find them efficient.
