CDS spread from Bloomberg

Hi guys, I'm a student and I'm working on my dissertation.
I need the historical CDS premium for the CDS Itraxx entities. How can i download the spreads from bloomberg to excel using the Add-In?

There's an "Import Data" button that you can press... Then follow the instructions that the wizard provides.

Not for itraxx CDS indecies, you have to subscribe.

BBG appears to have some free sources, as far as I can tell.
