Can't open igmarkets or igindex site - HELP

For some reason the only web site on the internet I can't open is igindex home page.

I get the same in Firefox and IE - 'Page load error/Network timeout', 'Page cannot be displayed'. WHAT IS GOING ON???

It's been like this for 4-5 days!!!

I CAN access igmarkets.co.uk but when i enter login details same story. Is it a JAVA thing??

No I've just logged on ok but lately I have been getting a couple of Java timeouts.

I don't understand this. Can my ISP be blocking the site? I can't think of anything else???
