It's generally accepted that the first hour of the US session is the most active for the futures but what about the bund?
Bund opens at 8am CET same as the DAX but then we have the London open as well where Bund is still heavily traded and we get more FX volume so is the generally accepted opening range for the bund the first 2 hours (8-10 CET), ie 1st 2 hours of DAX and 1st hour of FTSE openings?
