Looking for a SP broker UK based that has excellent spreads for minors and exotic pairs. Seen IGINDEX AND CITYINDEX there min spreads are okay but average spreads are wild. Anyone recommend a good SP broker for minors and exotic pairs?

You probably want to be looking for firms that focus mainly on fx like FXCM or someone similar. IG Index and City index are ideal for equities and indices but may not be as competitive as those who are purely fx focussed.

why ?..........trading is hard enough without losing more edge re the spreads on Exotics ....... ?
