“Brent Crude Futures” traded on the “ICE Futures Europe”. At 09:29 AM London Time

My question concerns the “Brent Crude Futures” traded on the “ICE Futures Europe”.
At 09:29 AM London Time there is often a peak in volumes.
I've searched a lot but I can't find an event that can generate this peak in volumes (opening, fixing, settlemet, auctions, news etc..).
Can you help me please? Thank you
