Hello all, I have never posted on here before but have been reading for a while. I won't bore you with my hopes and dreams I just have a particular question that has been bugging me forever.
When you go on to, say, Yahoo! UK finance and look at biggest gainers and losers:

Why are there so many things on there that have gone up tens of thousands of %.... these things don't even appear to be companies, I don't know what they are? But it is like that every day with different ones in both gainers and losers. I just wondered if someone could enlighten me on the subject.
One example from today is 6.0884 LLOYDS NCP (LLPF.L) which has gone up 9700.00%.
