Hello.

I am considering Fidelity as my options broker. Has anyone had experience with them? Any other recommendations?

Thanks!

EDIT: Title should have been: BEST Options Broker

I got nothing but a "runaround" from Fidelity when I applied for approval to trade options back in Jan 2010. needless to say i don't trade through them

since then, I've traded through Thinkorswim(now owned by TDAmeritrade)and have a backup account with Trademonster. but that doesn't mean that I'd automaticall open an account with TOS(they've had problems recently and I may move my account)

if you are a beginning options trader, you will eventually learn that the "analytics" that a brokerage's platform offers, plus execution and the platform's ability to set up multi leg trades can be very important to choosing a options broker. if you are a "veteran" you may be using Optionvue(or some other software package)as an alternative to the brokerage's analytics

But to directly answer your question, I'd consider Interactive Brokers, possibly TradeMonster as choices though they have their drawbacks many firms just are not set up to do multi leg trades(butterflies, Iron Condors, calendars)very well on their platform
