Best Place to Learn BoE Rate Decision

Hi,

As we know, the BoE are announcing the interest rate decision tomorrow at 12pm.

I'm wondering where the best place is to find out their decision first? I'm assuming it will be live on Sky News, would this be as good a place as any?
