Please can some one help me outwit the best broker for Spread betting??????

I have accounts with Alpari Uk, CMC. IG, and city.

City I have never used.
IG I used but did;t like the platform
CMC I get the feeling they are trading against me
Alpari spreads seem to be a bit high but I get the feeling they are trading against me also.

I am thinking of setting up a FXCM account

Please can anyone advise me if they are any good ?? if not can you advise me on the best company for spread betting.
