Beginning from scratch.

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd say hello to everyone as i have just joined today.

I don't know if i have posted this in the correct section so apologies if i haven't.

I am basically looking to learn how to trade shares from scratch, i know some of the basics but really not much. I have been told this is the best UK forum to go to so i thought i'd join. I would be grateful if someone can point me to some good learning material on the web that can help get me started, i know i can do my own research but i would like to use material that is trusted by experienced people.

When you registered, you were sent a welcome e-mail which contains various links specifically included for new traders like you. I suggest you start by reading those. Then familiarize yourself with the list of FAQs to avoid asking questions that have been asked (and answered) in the past. If you get that far, the lid will be off Pandora's Box, natural momentum will take over and your life will never be the same again . . .
