just a quick flip through it and it seems to cover many of the basics available elsewhere also -- don't know about 5% a day though. But hey! It's free and one of the things I've found with trading is that it's worth reading as much as possible to help you ascertain what works for you and what doesn't. And you can't beat this book price - some of the crap out there is quite expensive.
