Anyone use Fabrefactum?

I was interested in the services of Fabrefactum. I had signed up for their demo and had problems accessing the programs. I sent the company a couple emails and received no response. Does anyone have any experiences with this company or software.

Here is a list of posts at Elite trade that mentions fabrefactum - the guy that wrote it has a few posts plugging his (Fabrefactum) creation.
