Anyone swing trading UK commodities

I've been dabbling for a while trading long on oilies in my spare time from an ISA and have just started reading up on swing trading.

However, most of what I've read seems to be aimed at US markets and the US in general.

Just wondered if anyone was having a go over here currently and how well it works.

I've seen a few posts about using it on forex but I haven't got my head round that stuff yet
