Anyone having problems with XM broker ?

I have tried to get in touch with XM as I have an account with them.
But when I phone the numbers they give 44 203 1501500 and 44 203 8629869,
neither connects.
Are they in trouble ?

The reason I am asking is that it seems impossible to access my account to withdraw funds.
Not being able to contact them is in my opinion a bad sign.

Well its a very worrying situation I think after withdrawal you have to move somewhere else, for example to FCA regulated brokers. Did you check their licenses before starting to trade with them?

They gave the impression of being a UK broker but on checking they may just be registered in Cyprus.
This may not amount to much in practice.

The update of this is XM say they are closing my account !
Having just fathomed out that I need to contact them via the web rather than
by MT4 or phone the situation may yet be resolved happily.
I was checking that I could withdraw from my accounr BEFORE putting extra cash in.
I have written requesting that they re-consider closing my account.
Fingers crossed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh good I got an email from XM.
They have decided not to close my account after all !!
I have put in an extra bit of cash as they seem OK.
