Hello
I have been trying to contact Esignal Technical Support and most of the time its showing you are next in queue and they don't turnup even after 30 to 45 minutes. I also observe, oflate, they don't take money from my card on Billing cycle date and they take on the dates as and when they please to do so. Never I faced these kind of issues for last 10 years of my association with them.
I also observe in the Esignal Forum, clients of them asking for help / support relating to software issue and they are not responding to the forum member also. Esignal as an organisation was extending superb support to their clients and suddenly there is a huge drawdown in their approach to client issues.
Does anyone aware of their problem and is it good to continue with their service ?
