I read that Increase in Price + Increase in Volume + Increase in Open Interest is a Bullish Sign as it shows that the market is strong.
Now, on some days i see that Open Interest is high alongwith Price and Volume and thus it confirms the market strength.
But, on the very next day, the OI declines and then again on the 3rd day, OI increases to new high percentage level.
How to read such situations?:?:
* Also, suppose on one day Open Interest is high alongwith Price and Volume confirming Market strength and on the next day Price declines by a few points. What would that imply?
