alternative to Nadex and HedgeStreet

why is it impossible for clients outside US to open an account with Nadex/HedgeStreet?..are there any alternatives for clients outside US?..I like that they're regulated by CFTC instead of some gambling commission when you trade binaries through lets say IG Index.. 🙂

It's a turf-issue. For the same reason that US-citizens cannot trade through the Euro binary shops like BOM, clickoptions, IG-Europe, etc...
