Account with top 10 FCMs - JPMorgan etc

I was wondering, what are the minimum requirements for a company to open a futures account with one of the top 10 FCMs, like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, UBS etc.? I presume they do not open accounts for individuals.
What minimum deposit would they require? Any ideas?

Where did you get that info? I called JP Morgan branch in London and they told me the minimum they would consider is $5 mln
