A RIGHT **** UP! (Re: T2W Surveys)

I'm sorry to say ALL surveys completed between about 4:00pm Aug 29th and 12:00 Sept 11th were not successfully recorded. A technical glitch resulting from the update we did to include the email address screwed the whole thing up. Basically, if you were shown the attached thumbnail as the screen you got when you submitted your survey then it won't have been recorded. We are REALLY SORRY about this, as we understand we've wasted your time and we just hope that people will be prepared to go through the process again. The survey is really important to us as it will help to shape the future of the site.
