5.85% annual total return from China commercial paper ETF (symbol = KCNY)

Does anyone have an opinion on KCNY? I just watched their two educational videos and the fund seems interesting;

I'm sick of making 0.01% on my brokerage account money market sweeps. This ETF seems like an interesting alternative.

I looked up KCNY on www.morningstar.com and it said 100% of the ETF holdings are 'cash and equivalents'...can that be right?
