Could anyone please list the option expiry dates for this year and whether these are double or triple witching days?

Mark, as a simple rule of thumb, most US stock and index options expire on the third Friday of the calender month.

FTSE option expiries, as above...3rd Friday of the month.

Triple witching 3rd Friday in March, June, September and December
