I have sent for a refund too fromt Stock Signal Pro and they haven't responded at all. It appears that their guarantee really is a guarantee to get ripped off. I tried the software and it really got it wrong most of the time.

I have been trying to get a refund since Oct 2006 after trying the software. I have called the main office and sent numerous emails. There has been NO attempt to refund even though the website says "100% Money Back Guarantee"
